Job Description

Overview

  • Lead the development and delivery of firmwide technology training programs.
  • Ensure attorneys and staff effectively utilize firm technology systems.
  • Collaborate with IT, HR, and Practice Management to assess training needs.
  • Develop training materials, guides, and on-demand resources.
  • Support technology rollouts and upgrades through structured training initiatives.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and improve programs based on feedback.
  • Manage training schedules and learning content repositories.
  • Ensure timely onboarding and systems adoption for new hires.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into practical, user-focused learning.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Design and implement a comprehensive technology training program.
  • Deliver training on core systems, applications, workflows, and best practices.
  • Support technology rollouts through change management initiatives.
  • Oversee onboarding processes to ensure consistent systems adoption.
  • Create and maintain training documentation and resources.

Job Requirements
