Job Description

Overview

  • Lead construction projects for K-12 educational facilities, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to meet project requirements and maintain effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure efficient resource allocation and project execution.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders, highlighting key milestones and achievements.
  • Ensure the project aligns with budgetary constraints and contractual obligations.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the construction team, fostering a collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Oversee all aspects of K-12 construction projects, from planning to completion.
  • Develop project schedules and ensure adherence to timelines.

Job Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
