- The position is a six-month contract, fully remote, with a 37.5-hour work week.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Review clinical research data outputs, case report forms, and visit documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Assess collected data against study-specific funding requirements and reimbursement criteria.
- Verify completion of required assessments, visits, and milestones to qualify for payment.
- Identify discrepancies between submitted case data and funding rules, documenting findings thoroughly.
- Calculate reimbursement amounts based on predefined study budgets and milestones.
- Prepare organized spreadsheet summaries detailing case status, exceptions, and payment recommendations.
- Communicate findings and updates to clinical operations teams effectively.
- Maintain accurate audit trails and documentation supporting payment decisions.
- Participate in process improvements related to data review, validation, and payment workflows.
Job Requirements
- Associate of Science (AS) degree required, with a focus on clinical research or related fields preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical research, data review, or study coordination.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data validation.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and identify inconsistencies.
- Understanding of study protocols, CRFs, visit schedules, and GCP principles.
- Excellent written communication and documentation skills.
- Experience with site payments, budget management, or milestone-based reimbursement preferred.
- Prior involvement in cross-functional communication between clinical operations, finance, and data management is advantageous.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data handling and reporting.
