Associate Clinical Data Specialist

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Analyze and annotate cardiac device data, including ECGs, EGMs, and implantable devices.
• Collaborate with research teams to ensure accurate data labeling for AI development.
• Review and resolve data discrepancies in clinical trials and studies.
• Develop and implement clinical protocols and data collection systems.
• Prepare reports and documentation for clinical data validation and analysis.
• Participate in cross-project consistency reviews for data management protocols.
• Ensure adherence to policies and standards in data annotation and management.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences, Biology, or related field required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in cardiac monitoring and medical devices.
• Preferred certifications: CCI CRAT or CCT, IBHRE Pacemaker/ICD experience.
• Proficiency in ECG and EGM annotation with 2-5 years of experience.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in data review.
• Ability to work remotely with flexibility in hours after training.
• Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams on data projects.
