Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Design and produce compelling presentations, proposals, and award submissions using Adobe Creative Suite tools.
- Collaborate with project teams to craft detailed proposal narratives and scopes of work.
- Update and maintain marketing collateral and project databases to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Manage multiple deadlines effectively, ensuring quality standards and timely delivery of marketing materials.
- Engage in social media activities and photoshoots as part of the evolving role responsibilities.
- Contribute to the firm's marketing strategies by leveraging industry knowledge and creative skills.
- Participate in team meetings and provide insights to enhance marketing outputs and processes.
- Support the team in producing high-quality RFPs with a turnaround of five business days or less.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the architecture or design industry.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe InDesign, is essential.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Knowledge of AEC industry terminology and marketing strategies.
- Intermediate to advanced graphic design skills; photography skills are a plus.
- Positive and collaborative attitude with excellent communication skills.
