Job Description

Overview

  • Contribute to the management and compliance of core financing vehicles, including CLOs, ABLs, and Subscription Lines.
  • Collaborate with the head of capital markets to implement leverage strategies and manage liquidity for credit facilities.
  • Engage in capital markets activities, including transaction syndications and investor relations projects.
  • Coordinate asset approvals for new originations and funding requests with Agent Banks.
  • Facilitate quarterly financial reporting and compliance reconciliation across leverage facilities.
  • Monitor economic activity and valuation metrics for CLOs and ABL facilities.
  • Support capital raising initiatives and holding company leverage facility management.
  • Coordinate due diligence processes and documentation with deal teams and Agent Banks.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage asset approvals and coordinate diligence calls with Agent Banks and Rating Agencies.
  • Facilitate quarterly financial reporting and reconcile compliance certificates with borrowing base metrics.
  • Monitor CLO and ABL economic activities and valuation metrics.
  • Coordinate with deal teams on discrepancies between reporting systems and borrowing base metrics.
  • Track and submit rating agency credit estimates and renewals.
  • Upload and manage deal documentation for asset approvals and borrowing base inclusion.
  • Audit and reconcile financial data across leverage facilities.
  • Engage in investor relations and capital raising projects as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial analysis or capital markets.
  • Preferred 3 years of experience in financial compliance and reporting.
  • Proficiency in financial reconciliation and leveraging strategies.
  • Strong understanding of CLOs, ABLs, and subscription lines.
  • Experience coordinating with Agent Banks and Rating Agencies.
  • Ability to manage due diligence processes and documentation effectively.
  • Knowledge of financial compliance and borrowing base reporting.
