Overview
- Serve as an Executive Assistant and Marketing Coordinator to support high-level executives in a dynamic e-commerce environment.
- Coordinate scheduling, calendar management, and information flow for the Chief Marketing Officer and senior marketing leaders.
- Manage domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and expense management.
- Provide administrative support, including handling confidential materials and exercising discretion in business interactions.
- Assist with marketing project management for events, media, and partnerships as required.
- Organize and lead staff and business meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
- Create and maintain executive-level marketing presentations and reports.
- Contribute to special projects and administrative tasks, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Coordinate and manage scheduling, calendars, and information flow for senior marketing executives.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related discipline preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in executive support or administrative roles.
- At least 2 years’ experience in marketing or account management within a marketing agency.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong presentation creation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of multitasking effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, with a customer service-oriented approach.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
