Overview

- Engage in recruiting and training initiatives for clinical staff and providers.
- Participate in weekly meetings to monitor and improve clinical and operational outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards within the assigned center.
- Travel locally and nationally for training and recruitment purposes as required.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Provide care for patients with acute and chronic illnesses, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
- Lead and mentor primary care providers to achieve clinical excellence and engagement.
- Collaborate with hospitalists and transitional care teams to coordinate patient care.
- Conduct weekly leadership meetings to monitor center performance and address challenges.
- Recruit and interview providers to support center growth and operational needs.
- Partner with operational leaders to improve financial performance and patient membership.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation of patient care and clinical activities.
- Participate in training programs and maintain certifications relevant to the role.
Job Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) with active licensure in the state of employment.
- Minimum 5 years of clinical experience, preferably with leadership responsibilities.
- Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other healthcare-related applications.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 90 days of employment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English.
- Ability to travel locally and nationally for training and recruitment purposes.
- Experience in mentoring and coaching clinical staff to achieve organizational goals.
