Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Lead the Sales & Operations Planning process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and market demands.
- Analyze historical and projected demand data to optimize material supply and production schedules.
- Develop and maintain planning bills of materials for configured products, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Utilize Power BI to generate insightful KPI reports for performance tracking and decision-making.
- Manage product phase-in/phase-out strategies to align with market trends and operational needs.
- Coordinate with MRP Buyer/Planners to address demand fluctuations and ensure timely response.
- Lead initiatives to enhance supply chain processes and achieve operational excellence.
- Provide mentorship and training to team members, fostering professional growth and compliance.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Planning, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in supply chain planning or production control, with 8 years preferred.
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel capabilities.
- Experience with Power BI for data analysis and performance reporting.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain principles and their practical applications.
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration and presentation purposes.
