Job Description

Overview

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the investment team in a dynamic financial services environment.
  • Assist in investor relations activities, including generating reports and maintaining database records.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and manage detailed itineraries.
  • Serve as backup support for the President’s Executive Assistant and Marketing team EA.
  • Ensure ultimate discretion in handling confidential and proprietary information.
  • Contribute to creating office efficiencies, protocols, and a cohesive team environment.
  • Work on-site in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment with a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Support the investment team with administrative tasks and investor relations activities.
  • Manage phone and calendar schedules, ensuring efficient time management.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including domestic and international itineraries.
  • Generate reports, maintain database records, and send regular communications.
  • Provide backup support for the President’s EA and Marketing team EA.
  • Update marketing materials and assist with investor communications.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all professional interactions.
  • Contribute to office efficiency and team cohesion through leadership and adaptability.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in a related field.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience, ideally within financial services.
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to changes in daily routines and duties.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to work in a demanding environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Bloomberg and Dynamo is a plus but not mandatory.
