Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Support annual planning and quarterly forecasting cycles with comprehensive financial analysis.
  • Conduct in-depth performance analysis and develop actionable insights for management.
  • Ensure accuracy in foundational accounting data and optimize liquidity management.
  • Enhance FP&A systems efficiency through process architecture and modeling.
  • Build complex financial models to support strategic initiatives and reporting.
  • Lead special projects involving executive briefings and strategic analysis.
  • Collaborate with finance teams to develop P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow forecasts.
  • Support accounts payable workflows and manage working capital reviews.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics required.
  • 2–4 years of experience in FP&A, ideally in corporate environments.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets essential.
  • Experience with modern ERPs or planning software, such as SAP Analytics Cloud, preferred.
  • CPA or CFA certification, or progress toward one, is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to distill complex financial data.
  • Proactive self-starter capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and fast-paced environments.
