Overview

  • Lead on-site construction activities for commercial projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
  • Coordinate with project teams to manage schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards on-site.
  • Utilize pre-engineered building expertise to optimize construction processes.
  • Collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers to maintain project efficiency.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Implement and enforce safety protocols to protect workers and assets.

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required; advanced construction-related certifications preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction supervision; 15 years preferred.
  • Proven expertise in managing pre-engineered building projects is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of construction safety standards and regulations.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills to drive project success.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving abilities for on-site challenges.
