Overview

• Lead on-site construction activities for commercial projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Supervise daily construction operations, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to align project objectives.
• Manage and resolve on-site challenges to maintain project momentum.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to protect workers and assets.
• Track and report project progress, including budget and schedule adherence.
• Oversee material deliveries and inventory to ensure availability for construction needs.
• Facilitate effective communication among project teams and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations throughout the project.

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required; advanced construction-related certifications preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction supervision; 15 years preferred.
• Proven expertise in managing pre-engineered building projects is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of construction safety standards and regulations.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills to drive project success.
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities for on-site challenges.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools is advantageous.
• Ability to work on-site and adapt to dynamic construction environments.
