Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Coordinate with project teams to ensure seamless execution of engineering tasks.
• Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
• Prepare detailed reports and documentation for project progress and technical evaluations.
• Assist in the development of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address challenges and optimize project outcomes.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in engineering or construction roles.
• Preferred 4 years of experience in multifamily housing or mixed-use projects.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and construction methodologies.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for team and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to work on-site and manage hands-on project responsibilities.
