Job Description

Overview

  • Lead and manage light industrial interiors construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Develop accurate project estimates and budgets, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality benchmarks.
  • Monitor project progress, addressing challenges and implementing solutions proactively.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and team members.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Prepare detailed project estimates, including materials, labor, and overhead costs.
  • Coordinate and oversee construction activities to ensure timely and efficient execution.
  • Conduct site inspections to assess progress and compliance with project plans.
  • Manage project budgets, tracking expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
  • Collaborate with design teams to optimize project layouts and specifications.
  • Facilitate communication between clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
  • Resolve project-related issues promptly to maintain workflow continuity.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction project management or estimating.
  • Preferred 10 years of experience in light industrial interiors construction.
  • Proficiency in project management software and estimating tools.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • On-site work arrangement is required for this role.
