Overview
- Lead and manage light industrial interiors construction projects from inception to completion.
- Develop accurate project estimates and budgets, ensuring alignment with client expectations.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Prepare detailed project estimates, including materials, labor, and overhead costs.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field is required.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction project management or estimating.
- Preferred 10 years of experience in light industrial interiors construction.
- Proficiency in project management software and estimating tools.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
