Overview

  • Lead business development initiatives for a global architectural and consulting firm, focusing on expanding market presence across the East Coast and Midwest regions.
  • Collaborate with a small, dynamic team to strategize and implement effective business growth plans tailored to industry needs.
  • Utilize CRM systems to analyze data, generate reports, and evaluate metrics to inform decision-making and enhance client engagement.
  • Engage with clients and stakeholders to build long-term relationships and identify new opportunities for collaboration and project development.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Collaborate with marketing and PR teams to align business development efforts with promotional campaigns.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on business development activities, outcomes, and future plans.
  • Engage with clients to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions that align with organizational capabilities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and client satisfaction.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree with a focus on business, marketing, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience, with preference for candidates with 10 years in business development roles.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, with experience in Dynamix or similar platforms being advantageous.
  • Strong technical skills in data analysis, report generation, and metric evaluation.
  • Experience with InDesign software is highly preferred for marketing and presentation purposes.
  • Proven track record in the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing in-office and remote tasks effectively.
