Overview

- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify and attract top talent for various roles.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems to maintain accurate candidate records and streamline processes.
- Contribute to employer branding efforts through job postings and engagement activities.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to identify trends and improve strategies.

- Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance recruitment efficiency.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Develop and execute sourcing plans to meet hiring needs across departments.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates using competency-based tools.
- Collaborate with compensation teams to align job descriptions and salary recommendations.
- Advertise job openings on various platforms to attract diverse talent.
- Attend local recruiting events to build industry connections and source candidates.
- Analyze recruitment data to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
- Partner with leadership to establish recruitment priorities and strategies.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and confidentiality standards.
- Perform additional duties as required to support recruitment objectives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in recruitment, metrics reporting, and consultative roles.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems, with Taleo experience preferred.
- Strong analytical skills to create and manipulate recruitment reports.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Access, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and organizational boundaries.
- Experience in healthcare recruitment is preferred.
