Job Description

Overview

  • Coordinate and implement workplace engagement strategies to foster collaboration and inclusivity across the organization.
  • Support legal personnel initiatives, enhancing culture and professional development opportunities.
  • Organize events, manage affinity groups, and oversee firm-wide engagement programs.
  • Provide administrative support for recruiting logistics and performance review processes.
  • Maintain communication platforms to ensure timely and accurate information sharing.
  • Analyze engagement initiatives for effectiveness and contribute to reporting and benchmarking efforts.
  • Collaborate with HR and marketing teams to enhance visibility and inclusion strategies.
  • Support onboarding processes and provide mentorship to interns, fostering their growth.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Coordinate schedules and updates for legal personnel recruiting and engagement logistics.
  • Assist in planning and executing workplace engagement events and programs.
  • Manage affinity group activities, including event coordination and administrative support.
  • Prepare agendas, summaries, and reports for workplace engagement committees.
  • Ensure compliance and confidentiality in handling sensitive personnel information.
  • Collaborate with HR and marketing teams to enhance engagement and inclusion strategies.
  • Support onboarding processes and provide guidance to interns and new hires.
  • Assist with statistical analysis and reporting for engagement and inclusion initiatives.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in a related field such as HR or Business.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in professional services or a law firm environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with web-based applications.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects under deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills and proactive approach to client interaction.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within diverse teams.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in task execution.
