Overview

  • Support strategic business development initiatives across practice areas, enhancing client engagement and organizational visibility.
  • Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive impactful planning and execution strategies.
  • Utilize research and analytical skills to create compelling marketing and promotional materials.
  • Coordinate competitive intelligence research to identify market trends and opportunities.
  • Maintain and optimize practice experience databases and CRM systems for accurate record-keeping.
  • Assist in submissions to directories, surveys, and league tables for industry recognition.
  • Collaborate globally to ensure consistency in marketing materials across regions.
  • Support content development for internal and external events and conferences.
  • Ensure adherence to organizational policies regarding data security and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Prepare tailored presentations, pitch books, and RFP responses showcasing organizational expertise.
  • Edit, proofread, and fact-check marketing materials to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Maintain professional biographies across multiple channels, ensuring consistency and relevance.
  • Collaborate with communications and digital marketing teams to enhance visibility programs.
  • Support leadership in business planning and strategy development for practice growth.
  • Track organizational news and achievements, updating relevant databases and CRM systems.
  • Coordinate with events teams to manage marketing conferences and initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies regarding data security and confidentiality.
  • Assist in communication efforts at the executive level for strategic initiatives.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees such as JD or Master's preferred.
  • Three to five years of experience in professional services or related industries.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and online media tools.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, proofreading, and research skills.
  • Strong analytical and organizational abilities with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage time-sensitive requests across multiple time zones effectively.
  • Understanding of transactional and litigation terminology and processes.
  • Commitment to professionalism and excellence in execution.
  • Knowledge of industry directories, surveys, and league table submissions preferred.
