Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Plan, execute, and oversee construction projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, contractors, and team members to ensure project alignment.
- Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resources to optimize efficiency.
- Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of construction.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Facilitate third-party general contractor activities and ensure compliance with agreements.
- Develop and manage team capabilities to enhance project delivery outcomes.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and industry standards throughout project phases.
Job Requirements
- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in construction management or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction project management; 10 years preferred.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results within deadlines.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to coordinate with diverse teams.
- Experience with brokerage services and owner’s representation is a plus.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software for tracking progress.
