Job Requirements
- Master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program is required.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, with 3 years preferred.
- Active California Physician Assistant License and NCCPA certification are mandatory.
- Current AHA BLS or ACLS certification is required for patient care activities.
- Strong ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare teams.
- Proficiency in ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests and developing treatment plans.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of patient care and professional development.
- Physical ability to perform clinical duties, including standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
