Overview
- Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive Total Rewards strategy aligned with organizational goals and culture.
- Collaborate with leadership and the Board of Directors to ensure strategic alignment and effective decision-making.
- Design and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs, including executive compensation and incentive plans.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to compensation, payroll, and benefits.
- Utilize data-driven approaches to develop innovative and cost-effective solutions for employee rewards.
- Promote employee growth and wellbeing through strategic investments in benefits and rewards programs.
- Foster a high-performance culture by aligning rewards strategies with organizational objectives.
- Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives through equitable rewards practices.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Develop and implement compensation strategies, including market analysis and benchmarking.
- Manage payroll systems and ensure accurate processing and compliance with tax regulations.
- Oversee benefits program design, funding, and administration, ensuring competitiveness and cost-effectiveness.
- Provide consultative guidance to management on compensation practices and strategies.
- Lead the development of executive compensation plans and equity programs.
- Ensure compliance with laws and regulations governing compensation, benefits, and payroll practices.
- Analyze and present data to support strategic decision-making and program effectiveness.
- Collaborate with HRIS teams to optimize systems and processes for rewards management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in compensation, benefits, HRIS, and payroll.
- At least 5 years of leadership experience in a publicly traded company.
- Advanced knowledge of laws and regulations governing compensation and benefits.
- Proficiency in payroll systems, taxation, and benefits administration.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation.
- Experience with self-funded plans and benefits program design preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to develop innovative and market-competitive rewards solutions.
