Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Supervise daily operations of the cardiac catheterization lab, ensuring optimal patient care delivery.

- Ensure adherence to evidence-based medicine principles and healthcare regulations.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) with a minimum of four years in patient care delivery.
- At least two years of leadership experience, preferably in a clinical healthcare setting.
- Active Registered Nurse License and Basic Life Support certification required.
- Cath Lab experience essential, with expertise in cardiac catheterization procedures.
- Preferred certifications include Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and ANCC certification.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and healthcare information systems for effective communication.
- Strong knowledge of patient safety, emergency preparedness, and evidence-based medicine principles.
- Excellent skills in change management, process improvement, and compliance management.
