Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent required; advanced degrees preferred.
- Valid Occupational Therapy license issued by the relevant state authority.
- CPR/BLS certification required within 30 days of employment commencement.
- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in occupational therapy preferred.
- Proficiency in evidence-based therapy practices and adherence to regulatory standards.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams.
- Ability to manage time effectively and adapt to dynamic healthcare environments.
- Capability to travel locally for patient care purposes using personal transportation.
