Job Description

Overview

  • Provide executive-level administrative support in a dynamic, mission-driven organization.
  • Support the CEO and other principals with scheduling and communication tasks.
  • Work in a hybrid environment with two days onsite and three days remote weekly.
  • Contribute to impactful projects with a focus on organizational growth and efficiency.
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate internal and external communications, including emails, calls, and correspondence.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials for executive use.
  • Serve as a liaison between executives and internal teams, clients, and external partners.
  • Handle confidential information with a high level of professionalism and discretion.
  • Organize meetings and events, including logistics and follow-ups.
  • Track tasks, deadlines, and key deliverables to ensure timely execution.
  • Support special projects and ad hoc administrative needs as required.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an executive assistant role; 3 years preferred.
  • Proven experience in non-profit organizations is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.
