Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate internal and external communications, including emails, calls, and correspondence.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials for executive use.
- Serve as a liaison between executives and internal teams, clients, and external partners.
- Handle confidential information with a high level of professionalism and discretion.
- Organize meetings and events, including logistics and follow-ups.
- Track tasks, deadlines, and key deliverables to ensure timely execution.
- Support special projects and ad hoc administrative needs as required.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an executive assistant role; 3 years preferred.
- Proven experience in non-profit organizations is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.
