Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Execute trade capture and ensure accurate processing of transactions.
  • Perform P&L reconciliations to maintain financial accuracy and transparency.
  • Manage settlement workflows and ensure timely cash and position reconciliations.
  • Handle high-volume operations in a fast-paced trading environment.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize operational processes and systems.
  • Support derivatives product operations, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in trade and settlement data.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the operations team.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in hedge fund operations or similar roles.
  • Proficiency in derivatives products and related operational processes.
  • Strong skills in trade capture, reconciliations, and settlement workflows.
  • Ability to handle high-volume tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
