Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required; additional certifications in construction management preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial construction; 5 years preferred.
• Proven ability to manage on-site operations and lead construction teams effectively.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards in the construction industry.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills with subcontractors and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
• Ability to monitor budgets and schedules, ensuring project efficiency.
