- Review third-party reports like appraisals and environmental assessments for thorough analysis.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Prepare loan summaries and coordinate with stakeholders for new requests and renewals.
- Conduct annual term loan reviews, ensuring timely and accurate assessments.
- Assist in managing criticized asset reports and risk rating adjustments.
- Support loan administrator in managing past due loans and tickler items.
- Respond to internal audits and loan reviews, ensuring compliance with standards.
- Provide training and share expertise to enhance team capabilities.
- Collaborate with the credit department for precise credit analyses and approvals.
- Participate in the loan approval process, contributing insights for decision-making.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics required; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years in credit analysis or commercial lending; 10 years preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel essential.
- Strong oral and written communication skills required.
