Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for senior executives, ensuring efficient time management and prioritization.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for executive review and decision-making processes.
- Assist in planning and executing administrative tasks and projects assigned by executives.
- Collaborate with the Executive Assistant to the CEO on shared responsibilities and organizational initiatives.
- Handle confidential information with discretion, ensuring data security and professional integrity.
- Provide proactive support by anticipating executive needs and addressing them promptly and effectively.
- Facilitate communication between executives and departments, ensuring seamless workflow and collaboration.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree or equivalent educational background is required.
- 5-7 years of experience in administrative support roles, preferably at the staff level.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in office software and tools, including word processing and spreadsheet applications.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with executives and teams.
