Healthcare Business Developer

POSITION OVERVIEW

Green Key Resources is looking for a Healthcare Business Developer to join our dynamic healthcare staffing and recruiting division. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and engage healthcare facilities, hospitals, and clinics to develop and expand business opportunities.
• Analyze healthcare staffing trends and hiring demands to create targeted business strategies and solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and secure staffing agreements to drive revenue growth and enhance service offerings.
• Collaborate with recruiters to align business development efforts with talent acquisition strategies.
• Conduct full lifecycle recruiting of healthcare professionals, including sourcing, screening, and placement.
• Build and maintain a robust network of candidates using ATS and other sourcing resources.
• Develop creative strategies to recruit active and passive candidates effectively.
• Collect and analyze data to improve hiring processes and outcomes continuously.
• Coordinate with team leaders to assess new hiring needs and set strategic goals for growth.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in healthcare, nursing, or related fields.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in healthcare recruitment and business development.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare industry trends and staffing solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
• Demonstrated success in building and maintaining client relationships.
• Willingness to learn and grow within a collaborative team setting.
