POSITION OVERVIEW
Green Key Resources is looking for a Healthcare Business Developer to join our dynamic healthcare staffing and recruiting division. This role offers the chance to drive impactful business growth, build strategic client relationships, and expand our market presence in a thriving industry. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and engage healthcare facilities, hospitals, and clinics to develop and expand business opportunities.
- Analyze healthcare staffing trends and hiring demands to create targeted business strategies and solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and secure staffing agreements to drive revenue growth and enhance service offerings.
- Collaborate with recruiters to align business development efforts with talent acquisition strategies.
- Conduct full lifecycle recruiting of healthcare professionals, including sourcing, screening, and placement.
- Build and maintain a robust network of candidates using ATS and other sourcing resources.
- Develop creative strategies to recruit active and passive candidates effectively.
- Collect and analyze data to improve hiring processes and outcomes continuously.
- Coordinate with team leaders to assess new hiring needs and set strategic goals for growth.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in healthcare, nursing, or related fields.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in healthcare recruitment and business development.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare industry trends and staffing solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Demonstrated success in building and maintaining client relationships.
- Willingness to learn and grow within a collaborative team setting.
