Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Ensure adherence to evidence-based practices and standards of care to advance patient safety and quality outcomes.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in surgical services; 5 years preferred.
- Proven expertise in managing perioperative services and achieving operational excellence.
- Strong knowledge of legal and regulatory standards in healthcare operations.
- Experience in budget management, forecasting, and cost reduction strategies.
