Overview
- Lead the reimplementation and optimization of Dayforce HRIS for a mid-sized organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align system capabilities with business needs.
- Drive process efficiency and enhance the employee experience through system improvements.

- Provide ongoing support and resolve system issues to ensure optimal functionality.
- Develop training, documentation, and communication plans for effective change management.
- Build and optimize dashboards, reports, and analytics for HR leadership and compliance needs.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Direct the end-to-end reimplementation of Dayforce HRIS, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Identify and execute opportunities for workflow automation, data integrity, and user experience enhancements.
- Act as the primary liaison between HR, IT, Payroll, and external vendors to ensure alignment and adoption.
- Develop and deliver training, documentation, and communication plans to facilitate smooth transitions.
- Build and optimize dashboards, reports, and analytics for HR leadership and compliance needs.
- Provide ongoing support, resolve system issues, and recommend improvements.
- Ensure system compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to redesign HR processes and implement change management strategies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Dayforce HRIS (implementation, configuration, and optimization).
- Proven track record in HRIS project management for mid-sized organizations (200–1000 employees).
- Strong proficiency in Dayforce modules (Core HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Benefits, Talent Management).
- Advanced Excel, data analysis, and reporting skills.
- Familiarity with HRIS integrations (API, SSO, third-party vendors).
- Dayforce Certification or advanced Dayforce training preferred.
- Experience with HRIS migration or large-scale optimization projects is advantageous.
