Job Description

Overview

  • Support sales and distribution teams by providing tools, data, and insights for efficient operations and asset growth.
  • Manage CRM systems to ensure data integrity and support sales campaigns and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance sales strategies and client engagement.
  • Analyze sales metrics and provide data-driven insights to inform management decisions.
  • Assist with external and internal sales efforts, including literature fulfillment and client requests.
  • Participate in weekly meetings and workshops with investment specialists to refine strategies.
  • Engage in professional development opportunities, including potential sponsorship for FINRA exams.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Maintain and manage Salesforce CRM platform, ensuring accurate data and supporting campaigns.
  • Track engagement and activity across wealth partner platforms to support sales efforts.
  • Analyze territory metrics and wholesaler activity to provide actionable insights.
  • Develop targeted client lists and deliver analytics for sales campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Strategy & Sales Enablement, National Accounts, and Marketing teams.
  • Assist with ad hoc requests and maintain dedicated Sales Analyst inbox.
  • Participate in firm events, meetings, and investment forums to enhance collaboration.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or economics required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales analytics or related field.
  • Proficiency in CRM management and data analysis tools.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills in fast-paced environments.
  • Passion for sales and knowledge of financial markets and economic principles.
  • Preferred SIE and Series 63 exam completion prior to hire date.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively.
