Job Description

Overview

  • Support investor communications and capital formation efforts in a dynamic real estate investment environment.
  • Manage investor lifecycles, ensuring operational excellence and a seamless experience for limited partners.
  • Coordinate subscription and onboarding processes, maintaining organized records and facilitating workflows.
  • Prepare and distribute offering materials, investor presentations, and reporting documentation.
  • Liaise with fund administrators and legal teams to ensure accuracy in investor records.
  • Organize investor meetings, events, and conferences, including scheduling and follow-up.
  • Identify and implement process improvements using automation tools to streamline operations.
  • Collaborate with a small, high-performing team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Serve as the primary contact for limited partners, managing inquiries and correspondence professionally.
  • Track and manage investor lifecycles, updating CRM systems and ensuring accurate documentation.
  • Oversee subscription document processes, including issuance, review, and execution.
  • Support capital formation efforts by preparing offering materials and tracking engagements.
  • Coordinate investor meetings and events, ensuring seamless execution and follow-up.
  • Perform quality control checks on all outbound investor communications and materials.
  • Utilize automation tools to improve workflows and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and accuracy in investor-facing processes.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration or Finance.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in investor relations or client services within real estate or private equity.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and investor reporting platforms such as Agora or Yardi.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a professional demeanor.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple priorities.
  • Experience with subscription document management and onboarding workflows.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with minimal oversight.
  • Proactive and team-oriented, with a commitment to operational excellence.
