Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

• Master of Science in Nursing required, with strong RN background and systems thinking.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in hospital leadership; 5 years preferred.
• Experience in surgical services leadership, preferably in for-profit and physician-owned settings.
• Proficiency in technology and data analysis to support operational decisions.
• Strong detail orientation and commitment to excellence in patient care.
