Overview

  • Lead nursing and clinical services at a surgical specialty hospital, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care and operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership, physicians, and clinical teams to advance strategic goals and improve patient outcomes.
  • Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and standards to maintain compliance and enhance care delivery.
  • Oversee staffing strategies, resource allocation, and budget management to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Drive quality improvement initiatives and integrate evidence-based practices into clinical operations.
  • Support professional development and engagement of nursing leaders and staff, fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Represent nursing services in executive and board meetings, contributing to organizational decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain accreditation requirements.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Provide strategic leadership for nursing and clinical departments, aligning operations with organizational goals.

  • Proficiency in technology and data analysis to support operational decisions.
  • Strong detail orientation and commitment to excellence in patient care.
