Overview
- Support recruitment and onboarding processes as a Contract HR Coordinator for a dynamic organization.
- Collaborate with senior recruiters to manage high-volume hiring needs efficiently and effectively.

- Work onsite four days a week, with remote flexibility on Fridays.
- Contribute to recruitment efforts for finance, technology, and IT-related roles.
- Play a key role in filling over 100 positions within the next year.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Coordinate recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and managing candidate communications.
- Support onboarding processes to ensure seamless integration of new hires.
- Review resumes and assist in candidate selection for specialized roles.
- Collaborate with senior recruiters to meet organizational hiring objectives.
- Maintain detailed records and documentation for recruitment activities.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures during recruitment and onboarding.
- Provide administrative support for HR functions as needed.
- Adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Business Administration or related field required.
- Minimum of 3 years of HR experience, preferably in a banking or finance environment.
- Proficiency in recruitment, onboarding, and HR administrative tasks.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment.
- Knowledge of finance and IT-related roles is advantageous.
