POSITION OVERVIEW

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement strategic business development plans to identify and secure new IT staffing opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their hiring needs and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.
• Source, screen, and recruit top IT talent for diverse roles, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align recruitment strategies with overarching business development goals.
• Analyze market trends and industry data to refine recruitment approaches and identify growth opportunities.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, fostering mutual satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Utilize advanced sourcing tools and techniques to effectively attract both passive and active candidates.
• Maintain accurate records and reports to monitor progress and measure success metrics.
• Participate in networking events and industry forums to expand professional connections and enhance visibility.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT recruitment or business development roles.
• Strong understanding of IT industry trends, technologies, and staffing solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
• Demonstrated success in building and maintaining client relationships.
