Overview
- Lead the Emergency Services department, overseeing operations and ensuring high-quality patient care delivery.
- Manage a team of 15 Full-Time Employees (FTEs), fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Prepare for departmental expansion, increasing capacity from 5 to 11 beds by June 2026.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards to maintain operational excellence.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize emergency care services and patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with hospital leadership to align departmental goals with organizational objectives.
- Maintain a stable and committed team, minimizing turnover and promoting professional growth.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Supervise daily operations of the Emergency Services department, ensuring efficient workflow and patient care.
- Lead and mentor a team of healthcare professionals, providing guidance and support.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance departmental performance.
- Monitor and manage departmental budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations.
- Coordinate with other hospital departments to ensure seamless patient care transitions.

- Prepare for and oversee the department's expansion to accommodate increased capacity.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in emergency services; 5 years preferred.
- Proven leadership experience in a healthcare setting, ideally at the director level.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, emergency care protocols, and patient safety standards.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills to manage departmental operations effectively.
