Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Coordinate investor due diligence reviews, including completing DDQs and customized questionnaires with precision and timeliness.
  • Manage responses from internal teams to ensure accurate and prompt deliverables for investor inquiries.
  • Maintain and update investor-facing documents and templates, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
  • Prepare for investor meetings by creating tailored materials and conducting follow-ups to address client needs.
  • Oversee investor information within CRM systems and diligently track diligence-related activities.
  • Participate in investor meetings and calls, providing necessary support and insights to enhance client relationships.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to elevate client service methodologies and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and operational alignment.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, demonstrating a solid academic foundation.
  • 3-10 years of experience in the alternative investments industry, preferably within hedge funds, is essential.
  • Strong understanding of hedge fund structures, operations, and institutional due diligence practices is preferred.
  • Proactive mindset with excellent judgment and ownership capabilities to drive results.
  • Collaborative and team-oriented approach with adaptability to dynamic environments and challenges.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills to manage complex tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems is required for efficient operations.
