Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage a multidisciplinary team to execute cybersecurity operations and strategies effectively across global platforms.
  • Oversee implementation and monitoring of advanced security controls and threat detection systems to ensure proactive defense.
  • Lead incident response efforts, ensuring swift and effective mitigation of security breaches and vulnerabilities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external threat intelligence providers and industry groups for enhanced collaboration.
  • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and provide strategic recommendations to strengthen security posture.
  • Collaborate with legal, compliance, and technical teams to address complex cybersecurity challenges.
  • Monitor and report on cybersecurity performance metrics to executive leadership, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Drive initiatives to secure AI systems and integrate cybersecurity measures into digital projects effectively.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information security, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in cybersecurity, including senior leadership roles in complex environments.
  • Expertise in security controls such as NDR, DLP, EDR, and SIEM systems is essential.
  • Proficiency in incident response frameworks like NIST 800-61 and ISO 27035 is highly desirable.
  • Preferred certifications include CISSP, CISM, GIAC GCTI, or CTIA for advanced credibility.
  • Strong communication skills for executive-level reporting and stakeholder engagement are required.
  • Experience in global cybersecurity initiatives and threat-sharing collaborations is advantageous.
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire teams in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
