Vice President, End User Infrastructure And M365 Operations

Overview

• Drive enterprise-wide Microsoft 365 operations, ensuring optimal performance, security, and compliance across diverse platforms.
• Lead strategic initiatives to enhance infrastructure scalability, resilience, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement advanced automation and streamline processes.
• Monitor and adopt new M365 features, ensuring secure and efficient integration practices.
• Contribute to the development of Zero Trust security frameworks and hybrid identity management strategies.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation to support operational transparency and audit readiness.
• Support integration of M365 services with both on-premises and cloud platforms for seamless operations.
• Provide leadership in driving innovation and operational excellence within the IT infrastructure domain.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Manage daily operations of M365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Administer device compliance and application protection policies through Intune.
• Oversee tenant settings, license allocation, and governance controls to ensure operational efficiency.
• Develop and execute advanced PowerShell scripts for automation and reporting purposes.
• Collaborate with security teams to address incidents and enhance security measures.
• Support hybrid identity operations, including AAD Connect synchronization and related processes.
• Maintain accurate documentation and operational baselines to ensure audit readiness.
• Monitor M365 roadmap updates and coordinate secure adoption of new features.
• Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to teams, fostering professional growth and innovation.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum of 12 years of IT experience, with at least 5 years in M365 operations.
• Proficiency in M365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Intune.
• Advanced PowerShell scripting skills for automation and reporting purposes.
• Knowledge of Conditional Access, MFA, and device compliance policies.
• Preferred certifications: MS-500, MS-100/MS-101, SC-300, AZ-500.
• Experience with Microsoft Defender suite and Purview Compliance tools.
• Familiarity with API integrations or Graph API for M365 automation.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to drive team collaboration and project success.
