Overview

- Ensure office spaces are clean, functional, and ready for daily operations.
- Support access control by managing card access systems for employees.
- Coordinate special events, including setup and breakdown of rooms and spaces.
- Maintain vendor contracts and renewals, ensuring compliance and centralized record-keeping.
- Develop and maintain a centralized system for managing keys and furniture arrangements.
- Collaborate with building engineers and contractors to complete required tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Coordinate maintenance and repair activities for electrical, HVAC, lighting, and safety systems.
