Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 8–12+ years of recruiting experience, with expertise in construction or skilled trades hiring.
- Proven leadership experience managing recruiting teams or large-scale hiring initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of construction labor markets and workforce challenges.
- Experience with ATS platforms and recruiting analytics.
- Preferred certifications such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
