Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop and implement policies to maintain high standards of psychiatric care.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's Degree in Nursing preferred.
  • Current RN license in the state of practice or active compact license.
  • Minimum 5 years of supervisory nursing experience; 7 years preferred.
  • Direct inpatient behavioral health leadership experience required.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and professional nursing practices.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage budgets effectively.
  • Excellent communication and strategic planning skills.
