Overview
- Lead the Time & Attendance Optimization Program, driving strategic improvements in workforce management and payroll integration processes.
- Coordinate multi-workstream initiatives across Payroll Operations, HRIS, and IT Integration to ensure seamless execution.
- Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to align dependencies and achieve project milestones efficiently.
- Facilitate workshops, document decisions, and resolve conflicts to maintain project momentum.
- Establish governance frameworks and maintain essential project artifacts for streamlined operations.
- Deliver executive-level communications, including status updates and strategic roadmap summaries.
- Support payroll stabilization efforts through readiness planning and defect resolution coordination.
- Manage change control processes for workforce management configurations and integration updates.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Coordinate vendor relationships and dependencies to ensure seamless integration and optimization.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops, document decisions, and escalate issues to leadership as needed.
- Develop and maintain integrated program plans, scope boundaries, and success criteria.
- Implement payroll controls, including validations and reconciliation checkpoints, for operational efficiency.
- Manage defect triage processes, root-cause analysis, and corrective action tracking.
- Ensure adherence to change control processes for configuration and integration updates.
- Prepare and deliver weekly status reports and lead steering committee meetings.
- Produce executive-ready discovery readouts and phased roadmap summaries for leadership.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree required, preferably in a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of project management experience delivering enterprise HCM or payroll technology programs.
- Proficiency with UKG Pro Workforce Management (Dimensions) and Oracle Payroll integration.
- Strong facilitation and executive communication skills for decision-ready updates.
- Experience in payroll parallel testing and stabilization processes is highly desirable.
- PMP certification or equivalent preferred; familiarity with Oracle Payroll is advantageous.
- Ability to travel as required for project needs.
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-workstream programs effectively.
