Job Description

Overview

  • Provide administrative support and manage office operations in a professional environment.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employees and guests, ensuring exceptional customer service.
  • Assist with conference room setup, mail sorting, and office supply inventory management.
  • Support marketing initiatives and administrative tasks for executive assistants and office personnel.
  • Collaborate with IT on equipment processing and employee access management.
  • Provide assistance to Human Resources, including managing inboxes and employee recognition activities.
  • Coordinate onsite interview logistics and support talent acquisition efforts.
  • Maintain a welcoming and organized office environment while ensuring operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Greet visitors and employees warmly, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Set up and break down conference rooms for meetings and events.
  • Manage office supplies, including inventory tracking and ordering refreshments.
  • Sort and distribute mail, and assist with shipping and receiving tasks.
  • Collaborate with IT to process employee equipment and access requests.
  • Support HR functions, including inbox management, password resets, and event coordination.
  • Assist the marketing team with promotional materials and initiatives.
  • Coordinate onsite interviews and ensure proper room setup for candidates.

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; proven administrative experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Physical ability to sit or stand for extended periods in a professional setting.
