Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Greet visitors and employees warmly, ensuring a positive experience.
- Set up and break down conference rooms for meetings and events.
- Manage office supplies, including inventory tracking and ordering refreshments.
- Sort and distribute mail, and assist with shipping and receiving tasks.
- Collaborate with IT to process employee equipment and access requests.

Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; proven administrative experience preferred.
