Overview
- Collaborate with business and technology teams to enhance user experience and system quality.
- Focus on UI/UX design, data validation, and functional testing to improve workflows.

- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate system changes.
- Contribute to the development of user-friendly interfaces through wireframes and prototypes.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Gather and document requirements from business stakeholders focusing on user needs.
- Design wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to support intuitive interfaces.
- Analyze systems and processes for usability and functional improvements.
- Support data validation efforts using automated tools and SQL.
- Participate in system testing, regression testing, and UAT to ensure quality.
- Utilize AI-enabled tools for productivity in testing and validation tasks.
- Collaborate with teams and vendors to track issues and enhance systems.
- Document test cases, results, and process flows for clarity and consistency.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in business analysis, testing, or related roles.
- Exposure to UI/UX concepts and wireframing tools like Figma or Balsamiq.
- Basic to intermediate SQL skills for data validation and analysis.
- Familiarity with software testing concepts and methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently or collaboratively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
