Overview
- Lead business development efforts for Real-World Evidence (RWE) services in a dynamic, remote role.
- Cultivate relationships with biotech and pharmaceutical decision-makers to identify sales opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategic RWE sales initiatives to drive growth and client engagement.
- Collaborate with proposal teams to create compelling budgets and project scopes.
- Participate in industry conferences, presenting capabilities and networking with potential clients.
- Manage CRM systems to maintain accurate sales pipeline and account activity records.
- Engage in bid defense meetings, leading preparation and follow-up efforts.
- Work closely with operational management to ensure client needs are met effectively.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Identify and initiate discussions with clients regarding RWE services and growth areas.
- Develop effective sales strategies tailored to client needs and market trends.
- Collaborate with proposal teams to deliver accurate budgets and project scopes.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or life sciences required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in RWE consultative selling and account management.
- Strong knowledge of RWE offerings and ability to engage in strategic discussions.
- Experience in clinical research, CRO, pharmaceutical, or biotech industries preferred.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing successful sales strategies.
- Excellent communication and networking skills with a client-focused approach.
- Ability to manage CRM systems and maintain accurate sales metrics.
