Overview
- Support supply chain operations by analyzing data and providing actionable insights to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators and supply chain metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify reporting needs and implement process improvements.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across ERP, MRP, and planning systems.
- Automate recurring reports and streamline workflows using advanced analytics tools.
- Perform root cause analysis on forecast deviations and operational bottlenecks to recommend actionable solutions.
- Support demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and supplier performance analysis through data-driven methodologies.
- Enhance data pipelines and reporting infrastructure in collaboration with IT and Data Engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Develop, manage, and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor supply chain performance metrics.
- Analyze large datasets to provide actionable insights and support decision-making across supply chain functions.
- Collaborate with teams to identify reporting needs and implement process improvements.
- Automate recurring reports and streamline workflows using Tableau, SQL, and other tools.
- Perform root cause analysis on forecast deviations and operational bottlenecks.
- Support demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and supplier performance analysis.
- Enhance data pipelines and reporting infrastructure with IT collaboration.
- Provide ad hoc analyses and visualizations for operational and executive decision-making.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, or related field required.
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics, supply chain analysis, or manufacturing operations.
- Proficiency in Tableau, advanced Excel, and SQL for data analysis.
- Experience with ERP or MRP systems such as SAP.
- Knowledge of supply chain principles including demand forecasting and inventory optimization.
- APICS certification (CPIM, CSCP) preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills in fast-paced environments.
