Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Perform compliance reviews and tax return sign-offs at the partner level.
- Consult clients on planning opportunities and changes in tax laws.
- Develop new business through proposals and client relationship building.
- Supervise engagements and special projects, ensuring quality and efficiency.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate advanced-level staff to foster professional growth.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, law, or equivalent field; CPA or JD required.
- Minimum 15 years of progressive tax experience with high-net-worth individuals.
- At least 5 years of supervisory experience, mentoring and counseling associates.
- Proven track record of acquiring new clients and growing a book of business.
- Exceptional technical knowledge of tax regulations and business trends.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to manage diverse teams effectively.
