Overview
- Lead revenue cycle operations across multiple healthcare facilities, ensuring seamless scheduling, registration, and financial counseling processes.
- Collaborate with offshore teams to optimize revenue cycle efficiency and enhance operational outcomes.
- Drive strategic initiatives to improve payor trends, AR management, and cash flow performance.
- Ensure compliance with health plan requirements and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders.
- Utilize advanced computer systems, including Epic and Meditech, to streamline processes.
- Provide leadership in managing blended onshore and offshore operational models.
- Analyze data to identify trends and implement strategies for revenue cycle optimization.
- Support clinical documentation and coding teams to ensure accurate revenue cycle reporting.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Develop and execute regional revenue cycle strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Oversee scheduling, registration, insurance verification, and patient financial services.
- Coordinate with HIM, Coding, Utilization Review, and Charge Master teams.
- Monitor and manage payor trends, AR performance, and cash flow metrics.
- Lead initiatives to reduce denials and improve revenue cycle efficiency.
- Collaborate with offshore teams to ensure seamless operations and results.
- Maintain effective communication with healthcare facilities and stakeholders.
- Analyze data to identify opportunities for operational improvement.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field required; Master’s Degree preferred.
- Minimum five years of hospital revenue cycle management experience required.
- Proficiency in Epic and Meditech systems is essential.
- Strong analytical and advanced computer skills required.
- Experience in managing blended onshore and offshore operational models preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.
